چکیده
The genus Aeromonas is a group of bacteria that widely distributed in water bodies and belongs to the normal intestinal microbiota aquatic terrestrial animals. In present work, rainbow trout fingerlings were experimentally infected by an immersion bath with different species. Subsequently, behavior groups was observed recorded. Infected evaluated histopathology. highest percentages hyperpigmentation (18.88%) inappetence (47.7%) fish A. salmonicida, while abnormal swimming (83.33%) recorded bestiarum. histopathological findings, olfactory epithelium (50.0%) for lusitana salmonicida (41.1%)-infected fish. While, nervous system, cerebral hemispheres (31.1%) media-infected oblongata medulla (40.0%) bestiarum-infected presented percentages. Meanwhile, bestiarum have pathogenicity virulence based on findings system. Due proximity tissue, it possible infection generated species tissue are reflected behavioral changes suggest differences bacteria.

Rainbow Trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss
Rainbow trout are classified as Oncorhynchus mykiss, and as such belong to the same genus as Pacific salmon, and to the family Salmonidae, which includes Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar), various trout (Salvelinus sp.), Arctic char (Salvelinus alpinus), Arctic grayling (Thymallus arcticus) and whitefish (Coregonus sp.). Rainbow trout are native to areas around the North Pacific Ocean, from souther...
متن کاملFly Prepupae as a Feedstuff for Rainbow Trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss
Fly larvae may provide an effective method to mitigate two large and growing global concerns: the use of fish meal derived from capture fisheries in aquaculture diets and manure management in livestock and poultry facilities. A 9-wk feed trial was conducted to determine whether fly larvae could be used as a partial fish meal and fish oil replacement in rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss, diets....
متن کاملTranslocation of viable Aeromonas salmonicida across the intestine of rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss (Walbaum).
The pathogenic bacterium Aeromonas salmonicida is the causative agent of the destructive disease furunculosis in salmonids. Horizontal transmission in salmonids has been suggested to occur via the skin, gills and/or intestine. Previous reports are contradictory regarding the role of the intestine as a route of infection. The present study therefore investigates the possibility of bacterial tran...
متن کاملGyrodactylid ectoparasites in a population of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss).
A colony of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) in a decentralized aquatic animal facility was noted to have an increase in morbidity and mortality (from 4 or 5 fish each month to 3 or 4 fish daily) approximately 2 wk after experimental procedures began. The primary clinical signs were erratic swimming behavior and 'flashing' of fish against surfaces within housing enclosures. Moribund and norm...
متن کاملResistance to beta-lactam antibiotics in Aeromonas hydrophila isolated from rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss).
Bacterial infections caused by members of the genus Aeromonas, with a relatively high antibiotic resistance, are among the most common and troublesome diseases of fish raised in ponds with recirculation systems. In this study, carried out at an experimental aquaculture station in northern Portugal, 51 strains identified as belonging to the genus Aeromonas were isolated from 20 rainbow trout (On...
